DIAGNOSIS: It's not stuck, it's just a counter-intuitive design. The drip tray doesn't pull straight out—it has a specific pivot motion.
FIX: Don't just yank it. Grip the front of the drip tray with both hands. Pull it straight out about an inch until you feel it stop. Then, lift the front of the tray upwards in a pivoting motion (like opening a suitcase lid). The back will clear the machine and you can then pull it all the way out.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If it's truly jammed, it's likely because the plastic float for the full-tray indicator is misaligned. Try wiggling it side-to-side slightly as you lift the front. Also, make sure the water tank isn't blocking it from above.
HEADS UP: That little red float on the side is a "drip tray full" indicator. If it's popped up, the tray is full and needs emptying. Don't ignore it, or you'll have coffee overflow onto your counter.
