DIAGNOSIS Grease and crumbs get packed into the tracks on the sides of the unit where the drawer wheels run. It’s the main cleaning headache on this model.
FIX Pull the drawers completely out. Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe out the visible gunk from the U-shaped tracks on the appliance body. For baked-on grease, put a little dish soap on the cloth. A soft-bristled brush (like a clean toothbrush) works great for the corners. Wipe dry. For the wheels on the drawers themselves, spin them and clean each one with a cloth. Let everything air dry fully before sliding the drawers back in.
