DIAGNOSIS The most common cause is an incompatible Wi-Fi network setting. The Cosori appliance only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi bands.
FIX Checklist. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network. Disable any VPN or ad blocker on your phone. Place the air fryer within 10 feet of the router during setup. Hold the Wi-Fi button on the fryer for 5 seconds until the indicator blinks rapidly. Follow the in-app pairing steps precisely.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Perform a factory reset on the fryer's Wi-Fi module. Unplug the fryer. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button. While holding it, plug the fryer back in. Continue holding the button for 10 seconds. Release. The Wi-Fi light should flash. Retry the app setup.
HEADS UP The fryer cannot connect to 5 GHz networks or Wi-Fi that uses a captive portal (like hotels or some apartments). Network names (SSIDs) with special characters can also cause failure.
