DIAGNOSIS Moisture or grease ingress on the control panel circuit board. This causes electrical shorts and phantom inputs.
FIX Unplug the unit. Clean the control panel with a cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Do not use water or spray cleaner directly on the panel. Ensure the cloth is only slightly damp. Wipe and let dry completely for 30 minutes before plugging back in.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The control panel membrane may be permanently damaged. This requires a main board replacement. Contact Cosori support. Provide a video of the unresponsive/erratic behavior to expedite the warranty claim.
HEADS UP Always wipe the control panel with a dry cloth after cleaning the exterior. Never submerge the base unit or allow steam or liquids to pool on the touch buttons.
