DIAGNOSIS The 'Add Water' alert with a full tank points to a faulty water level sensor or air trapped in the water line from initial setup.
FIX First, power off the unit. Remove the water tank and reseat it firmly, ensuring it clicks into place. Check that the float in the tank moves freely up and down. Gently rock the entire machine side-to-side to dislodge any air bubbles in the internal pump. Power on.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The magnetic sensor on the tank or the receiver on the machine body may be misaligned or defective. Inspect for any plastic shipping film or label obstructing the contact points. If the problem persists, the unit may be defective.
HEADS UP During initial setup, you must wait 2 minutes after filling and seating the tank for the sensor to calibrate before pressing the power button.
