FIX Verify these conditions: Room temperature is between 50-77°F. Water reservoir is refilled promptly. The unit has 2-inch clearance on all sides for heat dissipation. The air filter on the rear grille is clean and unobstructed. The last cleaning cycle was performed within the last month.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Low refrigerant charge. This is a sealed system issue. You must contact SenCre support for warranty evaluation. Do not attempt to service the refrigerant system yourself.
HEADS UP Production slows dramatically as ambient temperature rises. At 90°F, output can be 50% of the rated capacity.
