DIAGNOSIS Water under the unit indicates a leak from either the internal drain tube connection, the water tank seal, or the condensate collection system.
FIX Immediately unplug the unit. Move it to an empty sink or lay towels. Remove the water tank and ice basket. Inspect the silicone seal around the tank receptacle for cracks or debris. Check that the drain plug at the back of the unit is securely inserted. Dry all internal surfaces completely before a test run with a shallow water level.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The leak is internal, likely from a disconnected or cracked drain hose. This requires disassembly. Cease use and contact support.
HEADS UP Never operate the ice maker on a surface that can be damaged by water. Use the provided drip tray and ensure it is correctly positioned.
