Diagnosis

How to Fix It
First, ensure the cooler is perfectly upright and level. Leave it unplugged and stationary for at least 30-60 minutes to allow the fluids in the cooling system to fully settle. Meanwhile, verify power: plug a different device (like a lamp) into the same wall outlet to confirm it's working. Check that the cooler's power cord is fully inserted into its rear socket. Once the settling time has passed, plug the cooler directly into a wall outlet—do not use an extension cord or power strip. You should then hear the compressor start, and the interior light and display (if equipped) should activate.
If That Didn't Work
If there's still no power, inspect the unit's interior for a manual reset button, often located near the thermostat or compressor area, and press it. Check your home's circuit breaker or GFCI outlet that might have tripped during the move. Examine the power cord for any visible damage from the relocation. If these steps fail, the internal thermal fuse or start capacitor may have been compromised during the move, requiring professional service.

Always transport beverage coolers upright if possible. If you must tilt it, let it stand upright for as long as it was tilted before plugging it in. Using an extension cord can cause voltage drop, preventing the compressor from starting and potentially voiding the warranty.
