DIAGNOSIS The control board receives power but does not initiate the ice-making sequence. This is typically caused by the unit not detecting the correct internal temperature to start.
FIX Verify the unit is in ‘Ice Making’ mode, not ‘Ice Keeping’ mode. Ensure the ambient room temperature is between 50°F and 90°F. The machine requires this range to properly condense. Allow the unit to sit powered on for 15-20 minutes to self-stabilize.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The door/lid sensor may be faulty. Confirm the clear lid is completely closed and latched. Check for any debris obstructing the sensor located near the lid hinge.
HEADS UP If the ambient temperature is below 50°F, the internal thermostat will prevent cycle initiation. The unit is designed for indoor use only.
