DIAGNOSIS The unit is in standby mode. The initial startup requires a specific sequence to initiate the first ice-making cycle. This is not a malfunction.
FIX Follow this sequence exactly. 1. Plug in the unit. The Power indicator lights. 2. Press the Power button once. The Ice Size and Clean indicators may blink. 3. Immediately press the Ice Size button to select your nugget size (S or L). 4. The machine will now begin its initial 6-8 minute water intake and cooling cycle. You will hear the compressor start.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Confirm the voltage is correct (120V AC). Test the outlet with another device. If the outlet is functional and the sequence fails, the control board may be defective. Contact the retailer.
HEADS UP The first cycle always takes the longest, up to 15 minutes, before ice drops. This is normal. Do not unplug the unit during this initial startup phase.
