DIAGNOSIS A leak from the bottom indicates one of three points: the external reservoir seal, the internal drain tube, or the water pump connection.
FIX Execute this checklist. 1. Inspect the silicone seal on the removable water reservoir for tears or misalignment. 2. Check that the reservoir is pushed completely into its slot. 3. Ensure the unit is on a level surface. 4. Check the drain plug at the back is fully closed.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Internal leakage from a disconnected hose or pump seal. Unplug the unit. Dry the exterior. Place it on a towel and run a cycle. Trace the leak's origin. Internal leaks require professional service.
HEADS UP Overfilling the reservoir above the MAX line causes immediate overflow into the base. Always fill to the line, not above. Condensation from high humidity is normal and should be minimal.
