DIAGNOSIS The machine has triggered its automatic 24-hour cleaning reminder. The cycle must be completed or manually overridden before normal operation resumes.
FIX To run the cleaning cycle: ensure the ice basket is empty. Fill the reservoir with a mixture of water and vinegar (2:1 ratio). Press and hold the Clean button for 3 seconds to start. It will run for 15 minutes.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK To override without cleaning: unplug the machine for 5 minutes. Plug it back in. Immediately press and hold the Power and Ice Size buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the reminder timer.
HEADS UP Do not add descaling solutions other than vinegar. Harsh chemicals can damage the internal food-grade tubing and pump. The reminder is based on cumulative run time.
