The system produces ambient & chilled flat water, as well as chilled carbonated water. If carbonation is absent, the issue is localized to the sparkling water function.
- Confirm you have selected the sparkling water option at the tap or dispenser.
- Check the CO2 tank connection and level. The system requires a separate CO2 supply for carbonation, which is not part of the core filtration unit.
- Verify the chilled carbonated water line is not kinked or blocked. The outlet for the under-counter model uses a 5/16" OD line.
If the flat water dispenses but sparkling does not, the problem is isolated to the carbonation mechanism or gas supply.
