Yeah, no power is a dead stop. First, verify the outlet works with another device. If it's good, the issue is on your side.
- Find the power cord connection at the back of the unit. For the countertop model (20"h x 14"w x 24"d), it might be tucked underneath. Make sure it's plugged in firmly at the appliance, not just the wall.
- Check for an inline fuse or a master power switch on the unit itself. Some models have a discrete switch on the back or side.
- The system uses 800 watts when running. If you're using an extension cord or power strip, plug it directly into a dedicated wall outlet. Those watts can trip a weak strip.
