Let's start with the basics. This is almost always a simple connection issue.
Diagnosis: The unit isn't getting power, or the basket isn't seated correctly.
Fix:
- First, check that the air fryer is plugged securely into a 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use a 220-240V outlet.
- Make sure the power cord isn't damaged.
- Push the basket firmly and completely into the air fryer until it clicks or feels secure. The unit won't start if the basket isn't detected.
If That Didn't Work: Try a different outlet on your kitchen counter. Avoid outlets below the counter. If it still doesn't power on, the unit may have an internal fault. Contact support.
Heads Up: Never use an extension cord unless it's rated for at least 900W. Letting the cord hang over a counter edge is a tripping hazard.
