Check the power supply first. The unit requires a 120V, 60Hz outlet. Confirm the polarized plug is fully inserted and the outlet is functional.
- Ensure the air fryer is plugged in securely.
- Push the basket completely into the air fryer housing until it clicks. The unit will not turn on if the basket is not fully inserted.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the display is completely dead, the power cord may be damaged. Do not use the air fryer if the cord or plug is damaged. Contact Customer Support.
HEADS UP: Never use an extension cord that drapes over a counter edge where it can be pulled or tripped over. If you must use an extension cord, its electrical rating must be at least 1500W.
