Yeah, this one's common. The grinder is running, but the beans aren't feeding through, or the brew unit is jammed.
- Turn the machine off and unplug it.
- Open the bean hopper. Check that beans are flowing freely and aren't clumped or oily. Remove all beans.
- Look inside the grinder chute for a stuck bean or rock. Use something non-metallic to clear it.
- Remove the brew group (the infuser, part 7313251451). Check for hardened coffee grounds or a jam. Rinse it clean and dry it.
- Reassemble everything, plug it in, and try a rinse cycle without beans.
If that didn't work, the grinder belt (5332224100) could be slipping or broken. That's a repair job.
Heads up: Never use flavored or sugar-coated beans. They gum up the grinder and brew unit.
