DIAGNOSIS The evaporator is likely frozen solid. This is a common failure in the automatic defrost cycle, often triggered by ambient room temperature below 60°F (15.5°C) or a faulty thermistor.
FIX Unplug the machine. Let it sit for 24 hours to completely thaw. Before restarting, ensure the room temperature is between 60-100°F (15.5-37.8°C). Plug it in and press the Power button. The cycle should reset.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The thermistor sensor may have failed. You must contact EUHOMY support. Do not attempt to disassemble the sealed refrigeration system.
HEADS UP Placing the unit in a cold garage or near an AC vent is the most frequent cause of this freeze-up. Maintain ambient temperature above 60°F (15.5°C).
