DIAGNOSIS The door isn't fully latched or the latch switch is faulty. The three-beep error is the machine's standard 'door open' alert.
FIX
- Open and firmly re-close the door. Listen for a distinct, solid click.
- Check for any dishware, utensil, or detergent packet blocking the door from sealing completely.
- If the door seems loose or doesn't click, the door latch assembly likely needs replacement. It's a common wear part.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The control lock might be accidentally enabled. Press and hold the 'Heated Dry' button for 3-5 seconds until you hear a beep to toggle it off.
