Diagnosis
The main power circuit is interrupted. The most common cause is a loose or disconnected battery main connector.
How to Fix It
First, check the charger port for debris. Ensure the scooter is off. Remove the deck screws and open the battery compartment. Locate the large white connector from the battery to the controller. Press it firmly together until you hear a click. Reassemble and try the power button.
If That Didn't Work
Use a multimeter to check for voltage at the battery terminals. If it reads below 30V, the battery is deeply discharged or faulty. Try charging it for a full 8 hours with the official charger.
Heads Up
Do not bypass the BMS or main fuse. A dead battery can indicate a failed cell group, which is a fire risk if mishandled.
