my hub instant keeps turning itself off randomly, even when plugged in and full of water.

DIAGNOSIS: The auto-shutoff timer is likely set very short, or there's a faulty connection in the power base.

FIX: Check the auto-off setting. On the touchscreen, navigate to Settings > Power Saver. The default is often 2 hours. You can extend it or turn it off. If it's already off, the issue is probably the power cord. Unplug it from the back of the unit and from the wall, check both ends for bent pins or debris, and reconnect firmly.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The unit might be overheating internally. Make sure the vents on the back and bottom aren't blocked by a backsplash, cabinet, or other appliances. It needs several inches of clear space all around.

HEADS UP: If you use the 'keep warm' function on the carafe, that has its own separate timer (usually 30 min) and won't keep the main unit on.
