Diagnosis
The OE code is a drainage error. It means the washer is detecting that water isn't leaving the tub within a set time, which is super common with these models. Usually, it's a clog in the drain hose or pump filter, not a broken pump.
How to Fix It
First, unplug the washer. Pull it away from the wall and check the drain hose isn't kinked or shoved too far down the standpipe (it should only go in about 8 inches). Then, open the small service door at the front bottom-right. Behind it is a little filter cap. Put a shallow pan and towels underneath, unscrew the cap slowly to let residual water drain, then pull out any debris (coins, hair, etc.) you find in the filter housing. Screw the cap back on tightly.
If That Didn't Work
If the code returns, the issue might be further down the line. Disconnect the drain hose from the back of the washer and from your drain standpipe, and check for a clog there. Also, make sure the drain hose isn't looped higher than 96 inches off the floor, as that can prevent proper siphoning.
Heads Up
That filter cap is notorious for leaking if it's not screwed back on completely snug and hand-tight. Double-check it after you clean things out, and run a quick drain/spin cycle to test.
