While you have verified the outlet is active, the issue is likely a failure in the power cord seating, a tripped internal thermal fuse, or a blown internal capacitor on the power supply board. Because the K-Cafe uses a detachable power cord, the most common culprit is a loose connection at the chassis entry point. Over time, vibrations from the pump and the physical movement of the machine on the counter can cause the cord to back out just enough to lose contact. If the connection is secure, the problem is likely an internal safety trip; the machine's thermal fuse is designed to blow if the heating element overheats or if there was a momentary voltage spike, effectively killing all power to prevent a fire.
How to Fix It
Follow these precise steps to restore power to your unit:
