How to Fix It
To restore full frothing power, follow these precise steps to deep-clean the magnetic assembly and ensure proper seating:
- Power down the unit and unplug it from the wall outlet to prevent accidental activation during cleaning.
- Remove the frothing carafe from the base. Reach inside the carafe and gently lift the small, clear plastic whisk out of the bottom center. If it is stuck, do not use metal utensils; use a plastic stirrer to pry it loose to avoid scratching the magnetic plate.
