DIAGNOSIS The camera's Wi-Fi connection has failed. A solid red LED indicates it cannot establish or maintain a connection to your network.

FIX Perform a full reset cycle. First, unplug the camera power cable for 30 seconds. Second, power cycle your Wi-Fi router. Third, plug the camera back in. Wait 5 minutes for it to boot and attempt reconnection. Do not open the app during this time.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The 2.4GHz and 5GHz network bands might be causing a conflict. Ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz band of your Wi-Fi network during setup. In your router settings, temporarily disable the 5GHz band, then set up the Nanit, and re-enable it.

HEADS UP The Nanit Pro requires a consistent 2.4GHz signal. Physical obstructions or distance greater than 30 feet from the router will cause this failure.
