The power cord isn't seated in the outlet or the unit wasn't properly powered on.
- Ensure the polarized plug is fully inserted into a 120V wall outlet. If it doesn't fit, do not force it or modify the plug.
- Press the Power Button on the control panel. The button should illuminate.
- Check the power cord for any damage. Do not use the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged.
If that didn't work, the unit may be in standby mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. The Power button will be dimly lit. Press it to wake the unit. If it still doesn't turn on, there is an internal malfunction. Stop use and contact Customer Service.
Heads up: Always unplug the unit when not in use and before cleaning.
