You likely stopped one zone prematurely or a zone's time was set to zero. "End" means the timer for that zone is finished.
FIX:
- If using both zones, check both displays. "End" on one display means that zone's cook time is complete. Cooking continues in the other zone.
- To restart a finished zone, select that zone, set a new time with the TIME arrows, and press START/PAUSE.
- If you accidentally pressed START/PAUSE and set the time to zero for a zone, it will show "End." Reset the time to continue.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The unit may have entered standby mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. Press the POWER BUTTON to wake it. Also, verify you are not in Smart Finish mode where one zone is on "Hold"—it will activate when times sync.
HEADS UP: Always use a food thermometer to ensure doneness. Recommended internal temperatures are a safer guide than timers alone.
