my silonn slim01 ice maker just keeps beeping and won't make ice, the light is blinking too

DIAGNOSIS The machine is in an alert state because it doesn't have enough water. The beeping and blinking is a low water or fill error, not a mechanical failure.

FIX

1. Unplug the machine from power.
2. Check that the water reservoir is completely full. Fill it to the MAX line with cold tap water, not hot.
3. Plug the unit back in. The beeping should stop and the light should become solid.
4. Press the Power button once to start a new cycle. It will take 6-10 minutes to produce the first batch.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the beeping persists with a full tank, the float sensor inside the reservoir might be stuck. Unplug the unit, empty the water, and gently tap the side of the reservoir near the float (a small white plastic piece) to free it. Refill and restart.

HEADS UP The machine beeps when the ice basket is full, but that's a different, slower beep pattern. For the 'no water' alert, it's a rapid, persistent beep the moment you try to start it.
