DIAGNOSIS: The water flow rate is set too low, the mop pads are dirty/dry, or the water tank's internal filter is clogged with mineral deposits.
FIX: Start with the settings. In the app, during a mopping session, tap the water drop icon and increase the water level to 'High' or 'Ultra High'. Soak the mop pads in water and wring them out thoroughly before attaching them. For the tank, detach it from the robot, open the cap, and remove the small circular filter inside the fill port. Rinse it under warm water.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The water pump in the robot or the connector pins where the tank attaches might have an air lock or debris. Detach and reattach the tank several times to re-seat it. Run a 'Clean Mop' cycle on the station to force water through the system.
HEADS UP: Always use clean water and rinse the mop pads after every use. Letting dirty pads dry on the robot will clog the fabric and guarantee streaks next time.
