Diagnosis
The camera is connected to local power and Wi-Fi but has lost its secure connection to the Owlet cloud servers. The status light is a local hardware indicator only.
How to Fix It
Power cycle the camera. Unplug its power adapter from the wall for 30 seconds. Plug it back in. Wait for the solid green light. Open the Owlet app, pull down to refresh the home screen. If offline persists, restart your home Wi-Fi router. After the router is fully online, then power cycle the camera again. The camera requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network band. It cannot connect on a 5 GHz band.
If That Didn't Work
The app's cached data is corrupted. Force close the Owlet app on your phone. Clear the app cache (in your phone's application settings under Owlet). Uninstall the app. Reinstall the latest version from the official app store. Log in with your exact original credentials. The camera will need to be reconnected via the in-app setup wizard.
Heads Up
A solid green light confirms power and initial Wi-Fi handshake, not cloud connectivity. Check your internet's upload speed; the camera requires a minimum of 1.5 Mbps sustained upload. Also, verify your router's firewall is not blocking ports 443 (HTTPS) and 3478 (STUN), which are required for Owlet's encrypted video stream.
