DIAGNOSIS This is a touch control sensitivity or calibration issue. The 'Time+' button is registering multiple presses from a single touch, often due to a slightly sticky or faulty membrane.
FIX Perform a control panel reset. Unplug the appliance for 2 full minutes. Plug it back in. Use the very tip of your finger, not the pad, to tap the 'Time+' button. Tap once deliberately, wait for the display to update, then tap again if needed.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The touch sensor for that button may be failing. As a workaround, use the 'Time-' button to scroll down from the maximum time (typically 60 minutes) to your desired time.
HEADS UP Avoid using the controls with wet hands or while wearing gloves. The capacitive touch sensors can behave erratically with inconsistent input.
