the match cook button on my ninja foodi isn't working, what am i doing wrong?

— asked by Taylor

Match Cook copies Zone 1 settings to Zone 2. It requires a specific sequence.

FIX:

  1. Place ingredients in both baskets and insert them.
  2. Select ZONE 1. Choose your function. Set the temperature with TEMP arrows and the time with TIME arrows.
  3. Press the MATCH COOK button. This copies the Zone 1 function, temperature, and time to Zone 2.
  4. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Two restrictions apply. First, Air Broil cannot be used in Match Cook mode. Second, if you selected Air Broil for Zone 1, it is not available for Zone 2. Choose a different function for Zone 1.

HEADS UP: Match Cook is for cooking a larger amount of the same food, or different foods using the same settings. You can shake food during cooking; press START/PAUSE to pause both zones.
