Diagnosis
The dishwasher is stuck in "Remote Enable" mode, which locks out the local controls for use with a home automation system or remote start.
How to Fix It
To cancel remote mode, press and hold the "Delay Start" button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep and the display changes. If that doesn't work, try holding the "Start" button for 5 seconds. This should return control to the front panel.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a factory reset. Turn off power at the breaker for 5 minutes. Turn it back on, then immediately press and hold the "Heated Dry" and "Delay Start" buttons together for 3 seconds. This clears any stuck settings.
Heads Up
If you have it connected to WiFi via Home Connect, check the app to ensure a remote start session isn't active and holding the machine in standby.
