DIAGNOSIS The SYNC button only works under specific conditions. It will not function if the two baskets are set to different cooking modes or if the Max Crisp function is active.
FIX Ensure correct setup for SYNC. 1. Both baskets must be set to the *same* cooking function (e.g., both on Air Fry). 2. Max Crisp must be OFF. 3. Press the SYNC button. The time for Basket 2 will change to match Basket 1. The temperature for Basket 2 will also sync. 4. You can now adjust the synced time or temperature, and both baskets will change together.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the conditions are met but pressing SYNC does nothing, a control panel fault is possible. Perform a hard reset by unplugging the unit for 60 seconds. If the issue persists, the touch membrane may be defective.
HEADS UP SYNC is for convenience only. You can always manually set both baskets to identical settings without using the SYNC button.
