DIAGNOSIS Condensation on the interior of the window is normal during cooking, especially with high-moisture foods like frozen items or vegetables. It should clear shortly after cooking ends as the unit cools.
FIX This requires no immediate action. The fogging is a physical result of temperature difference and food steam. Allow the unit to complete its cool-down cycle after cooking. The window should clear within 5-10 minutes of the fan stopping.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the window remains permanently fogged or has a milky residue, a seal may be compromised. Check that the window is not cracked and that the rubber gasket around it is seated properly and clean.
HEADS UP Do not spray glass cleaner or other chemicals directly onto the hot window. This can cause thermal shock and crack the glass. Clean only when the unit is cold.
