"Hold" appears when using the SMART FINISH function. One zone is actively cooking while the other is waiting for the cook times to sync so both zones finish together.
The unit will beep and automatically activate the "Hold" zone when both zones have the same time remaining. No action is needed; it's part of the function.
If that didn't work as an explanation and "Hold" is stuck, you may have paused a single zone. Select the zone showing "Hold," then press the START/PAUSE button to resume cooking.
Heads up: To keep food at a synchronized finish when you shake it, press START/PAUSE to pause both zones, shake, then press START/PAUSE again to resume.
