Diagnosis
The 'Water Full' indicator is stuck on due to a faulty float switch in the reservoir or a wiring issue, not because of actual overfilling.
How to Fix It
Unplug and remove the water reservoir. On the side, you'll see a clear plastic tube with a small white float inside. Gently shake the reservoir—you should hear the float move freely. If it's stuck, rinse the tube out with warm water to dislodge any debris. Dry it completely before reinserting.
If That Didn't Work
Check the electrical contacts where the reservoir meets the base. Look for any bent pins or moisture. Dry the contacts on both the reservoir and the base with a soft cloth, ensure they're dry, and reconnect.
Heads Up
Never submerge the main unit or pour water directly into the base. The sensor is in the removable reservoir only. If the float is cracked, you'll need a replacement reservoir.
