Diagnosis
This is the full-basket alarm. The infrared sensor that detects ice level is blocked or thinks the basket is perpetually full.
How to Fix It
First, physically remove the ice basket and empty it. Check that nothing (like a stray ice cube or piece of packaging) is blocking the small infrared sensor window inside the machine where the basket sits. Wipe the sensor window with a dry cloth. Reinsert the basket fully and evenly.
If That Didn't Work
The sensor might be faulty. Try unplugging the unit for 5 minutes for a hard reset. If beeping resumes, contact support.
Heads Up
An overfilled basket or one inserted at an angle is the most common trigger. Don't let ice mound above the max line.
