Blocked airflow. Debris is clogging the intake path or the filters are saturated.
Fix it in this order:
- Press the dust collector release button and pull the bin out. Empty it.
- Remove the pre-filter by pulling the hooks. Take out the foam filter and the high-performance filter.
- Clean all filters and the dust collector interior with a vacuum cleaner or a cleaning brush. Do not wash the high-performance filter with water.
- Check the suction inlet under the robot for blockages (hair, string). Clear it.
- Reassemble. Insert the filters, click the pre-filter back, push the dust collector in until it clicks.
If that didn't work: The filters may be wet from a liquid spill. Air-dry every component completely before reassembly. A damp filter kills suction.
Heads up: Empty the dust collector after each run. Clean filters weekly. Replace filters every two months for full performance.
