Diagnosis
F41 is a motor control fault. The main control board isn't detecting the correct signal from the motor or the motor is not starting.
How to Fix It
Unplug the dryer. Check the motor's wiring harness for loose or burnt connections at the main control board and at the motor itself. Inspect the drive belt. If it's broken, the motor will run with no load and can trigger F41. Replace the belt if needed.
If That Didn't Work
The motor itself may have failed. You can test it by applying direct power, but this is a job for a tech. More commonly, the main control board (UI board) is the culprit and needs replacement.
Heads Up
Do not repeatedly try to start the dryer with this code. You can damage the motor or control board further. Disconnect power and diagnose.
