You need to shut down the lithium-ion battery. Simply docking it isn't enough.

Fix:

1. Remove the robot from the charging station.
2. Press and hold the HOME button for 10 seconds.

For long-term storage, place the robot in a cool, dry place.

For shipping (mandatory): The battery must be turned off before shipping. After performing the steps above, package the robot in its original packaging. You must ship via ground transportation only—no air shipping. This is a strict safety regulation for lithium-ion batteries.
