Diagnosis
Error E03 indicates a blockage in the suction path or a full dirty water tank. The vacuum detects abnormal airflow.
How to Fix It
First, power off the vacuum. Empty and rinse the dirty water tank. Check the suction inlet at the top of the tank for debris. Detach the floor head and look through the hose and the connection port for obstructions. Reassemble all components securely. The error should clear on the next power cycle.
If That Didn't Work
The secondary filter may be saturated. Remove the filter from the dirty water tank lid. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Let it air-dry completely for 24 hours before reinstalling.
Heads Up
Never use the machine with a wet filter. A damp filter will immediately trigger a suction error and can damage the motor.
