This failure typically stems from one of three root causes: physical misalignment of the IR blaster, a "dead zone" caused by environmental interference (such as curtains or furniture), or a desynchronization between the Breez Plus IR library and your specific AC model's frequency. You can confirm this is a communication error if the Breez Plus app shows the device as "Online," but the AC unit does not beep or change temperature when you press the physical buttons on the controller.
How to Fix It
To resolve the communication break and clear the red exclamation mark, follow these precise calibration steps:
