my cosori air fryer basket is really hard to slide in, it feels stuck. what am i doing wrong?

The basket won't seat if it's overfilled or if the crisper plate is incorrectly installed.

1. Remove the basket and check the food level. Take some out if the basket is overstuffed.
2. Remove the crisper plate. To reinstall it correctly, tilt it to insert one side into the basket first, then press down on the other side. Forcing it in flat can cause damage.

If that didn't work: Check the four silicone stoppers on the bottom of the crisper plate. Make sure they are intact and correctly fitted into the basket. Do not let children play with these stoppers.

Heads up: When turning the basket over after cooking, be careful. The hot crisper plate can fall out. Always place it on a heat-resistant surface.
