Error Code E01 (or E21) indicates an open circuit in the temperature monitor.
This is not a user-serviceable issue.
- Unplug the air fryer.
- Allow it to cool completely.
- Contact Cosori Customer Support.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the display shows Error Code E02 or E22, that indicates a short circuit in the temperature monitor. The resolution is the same: contact Customer Support.
HEADS UP: Do not attempt to use or repair the air fryer while it is displaying these error codes. Using a damaged appliance is prohibited in the safety guidelines.
