my cosori turboblaze air fryer won't turn on at all, no lights, nothing. what's wrong?

— asked by Jamie

The most likely cause is an unplugged unit or a power connection issue. Check that the air fryer is plugged into a working outlet. The basket must also be pushed securely into the unit for it to power on.

  1. Verify the power cord is firmly plugged into a 220-240V outlet.
  2. Push the basket all the way into the air fryer housing until it clicks into place.

If that didn't work, unplug the air fryer and inspect the power cord for any damage. Do not use the air fryer if the cord or plug is damaged. Contact Cosori Customer Support for a replacement. Never use third-party replacement parts.

Heads up: If the unit is plugged in, the basket is secured, and there's still no power, do not attempt to repair it yourself. The power-supply cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person to avoid an electric or fire hazard.
