Check two things first: power and the basket.
- Make sure the air fryer is plugged into a working outlet. The power cord is short by design. If you use an extension cord, its electrical rating must be at least 1,725W.
- Push the basket securely into the air fryer. The unit will not turn on if the basket is not fully inserted.
If that didn't work: Unplug the unit. Inspect the power cord for damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Cosori or a qualified person. Do not use the air fryer.
Heads up: Never pull the cord to unplug it—always grab the plug. This is a 1,725W appliance. Ensure your outlet and any extension cord can handle the load.
