Diagnosis
The door hinge on this model has a known weak spot. The spring-loaded mechanism can fail, causing the door to sag.
How to Fix It
Order replacement hinge kits. Part is usually W11185795. You need two. Remove the oven door. Release top hinge by pulling the hinge lever and lifting door off. Replace the hinge assembly on the cabinet frame. Rehang door.
If That Didn't Work
Check the door gasket. A misaligned or pinched gasket can also prevent a flush close. Ensure the new hinges are seated fully in the frame slots.
Heads Up
Door is heavy. Have a second person help. Do not try to bend or force the old hinge. It will snap.
