Diagnosis
Low voltage to the control board when the oven element draws power. Points to a poor connection in the power supply circuit.
How to Fix It
Check the power cord connections at the terminal block on the back of the range. Ensure wires are tight and not burnt. Check the main electrical junction box. A loose neutral wire there can cause this.
If That Didn't Work
The issue could be internal. The main control board may have failing capacitors that can't handle the load. This requires board replacement.
Heads Up
This is an electrical issue. If you are not comfortable checking 240v wiring, call a pro. A loose connection can overheat and cause a fire.
