Diagnosis
The machine isn't heating. The most likely cause is a tripped thermal fuse on the main heating element circuit, a common protection feature.
How to Fix It
Unplug the machine and let it cool for at least an hour. Press and hold the 'Power' and 'Manual' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds while plugging the power cord back in. This can reset the internal thermal protection.
If That Didn't Work
The main heating element itself may have failed. This requires a technician to test continuity and replace the element assembly.
Heads Up
A repeated thermal fuse trip often points to a scale buildup issue restricting water flow and causing overheating—descaling is your next critical step.
